Shipping & Returns


We can ship anywhere in the continental USA and Canada (Canada has additional shipping costs that cover the cost of Canadian Broker). 

At delivery time: If there is any visible damage to the packaging, it is customer's responsibility to note it on the delivery slip for the trucking company.  Failure to do so may result in customer being responsible for any glass replacement and shipping if something is broken.  Taking pictures of the damaged packaging at delivery is recommended.  

Please note:  All units are shipped in multiple boxes, wrapped on one skid (sample image below).  They ship via curb-side freight delivery.  Curb-side means that the trucks lower the skid at the end of the drive and the customer is responsible for taking into their house.



Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus all of the shipping costs (to and from).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), inspect it for missing parts, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note: We may request images of the skid wrapped and ready for pickup prior to arranging a pick-up by freight company.
